Our 24/25 Season Digital Playbill is an interactive experience we produce for all NFB performances, including Lightwire Theater's Dino-Light at Grand Boulevard (Oct. 5), The Nutcracker at the Mattie Kelly Arts Center (Nov. 22-24) and Cinderella at the Mattie Kelly Arts Center (March 8-9).
Our In-Theater Display ads are projected approximately 40ft x 20ft on screen before the curtain warmer and during intermission for all performances of The Nutcracker and Cinderella at the Mattie Kelly Arts Center!

NFB has several incredible advertising opportunities to help reach your target audience each season!
SAVE & UPGRADE THIS SEASON:
All Digital Playbill Ads include a hyperlink from your ad to a website, social media platform or another web address! As an ADDED BONUS for the 24/25 SEASON, purchase any size ad by Aug. 12, 2024, and include an extra interactive element FREE OF CHARGE! Watch our Interactive Elements Video for examples, and continue scrolling to review the requirements for submitting interactive elements.
AS ANOTHER ADDED BONUS THIS SEASON, full-page ads include a FREE In-Theater Ad Display free of charge if purchased by Aug. 12, 2024, and half-page advertisers are eligible to add on the In-Theater Ad Display option.

Upload NOW (Free)
Only PDF (with fonts embedded) or JPG (300 dpi) in full color (RGB) will be accepted and must be the exact size (as noted in the image above) without bleeds.
Submit via Dropbox/Google Drive or Email Later (Free)
Send via email to insightfulconcepts@gmail.com or share via Dropbox or Google Drive by the deadline.
Use Same Ad From Previous Season (Free)
Must be the same size placed within the last two seasons without any alterations.
Build Your Ad or Modify Previous Ad (Additional Fee)
An additional fee of $20 for Eighth & Quarter page ads, $30 for Half page ads and $50 for Full page ads will be added to the cost of your ad. The fee includes one round of revisions (additional revisions are billed at $30/hour). Please note that ad build-out and modification services DO NOT include building and/or generating the iFrame embed code for interactive elements.
ALL Ads purchased by Aug. 12, 2024, include an interactive element. Please note the following:
- Interactive elements are limited to those built using the iFrame embed code (that you provide) and structured within your ad.
- Examples of interactive elements you may place in your ad include a Google Map, Customer Form/Survey, 3D Tour, Photo Gallery/Slideshow and Document Download. Watch the video linked above to view examples. For questions about this feature, please contact Sabrina at insightfulconcepts@gmail.com.
- Interactive elements cannot include any sound or audio features.
- Please supply the iFrame embed code and placement instructions in the "Additional Comments" section of your online contract.
